Delivering to students

My deliveries

The My deliveries page holds all the deliveries of your exams and documents, digital and printed. From here you open a delivery, see results and download files.

Get to the list

  1. Open the home page.
  2. In the Live exams panel, click All deliveries.

The panel itself shows the exams that are open right now, and how many students took part. Click an exam to open its delivery screen.

What the list shows

Each row is one delivery of an exam or a document. Folders' deliveries don't appear here. Clicking a row, or the name in it, opens the delivery screen. For a digital delivery of a document, the document itself opens.

ColumnWhat it shows
NameThe item's name, and under it its type: exam or document.
TypeDigital or Printed.
StatusFor a digital delivery, a switch: Open or Closed to students. For a printed one: Ready, or Not produced yet when its PDF hasn't been made.
On your pageA switch that shows the delivery on your page, or takes it off.
Delivered, CreatedWhen. Not yet means it hasn't happened.

The switches are saved right away. If your page is off, or your account doesn't let you publish on it, a message says why, and the switch goes back.

Search, filter and sort

  1. In the Search by name box, type part of the name.
  2. Above the table, choose All, Digital or Printed.
  3. To sort, click a column's heading. Click it again to reverse the order.

When nothing matches, the list says so and offers Clear the search or Show all.

The buttons at the end of a row

  • Results: for a digital exam, the students' attempts and the charts. See An exam's results.
  • Download the PDF: for a printed delivery whose file is ready.
  • Publish to your page: a window where you set how the delivery shows on your page: its title, description, who can open it and its categories.
  • Delete: after you confirm, students can't open the delivery anymore. The item itself stays in My storage.

Note: if students already took it, the delivery's results are deleted with it.

In a school's or a group's account

The account's administrators also see other people's deliveries in the account, with a By column. Next to the search there's a list to choose whose deliveries to show, or Everyone in the group.
